Tumblr Findings

Wanted to share with you my tumblr finding for the past week, was thinking of making this a weekly thing. I was never really into Tumblr until recently I started getting the hang on things and started finding it interesting and now I haven't stopped using since. I will like to state that none of this images are my own they are all from tumblr.

I saw this and I thought how amazing would it be to have a bathroom like this? have a bath and watch the view, it looks like a relaxing place to go to when your stressed. I can wish right? ha.

I thought this was pretty awesome

This sums up spring in one picture, the pastel colours and floral prints are defiantly in for this Spring.

This image is making me excited for the Summer can't wait to go on holiday and go to the beach thats much needed, starting to get annoyed with this horrible weather, need some sunshine.

Thought this was a pretty DIY hairband think I might try this for spring and summer.

Ive been wanting fairy lights for a long time but I can never find any and I've been on the hunt for one now if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it very much.

Hope you all enjoy

DIY: Jar of Pennies

First of all I want to apologies for not posting for a week now, I've been doing uni work and had other things going on so I've had no time for a post. So lets get started.

I think this is the first DIY post on my blog, this is a quick and simple DIY to do.
I originally bought the jar from PoundLand cause I liked the look of it and thought this could come in handy at some point. I ended up using it as a candle holder which worked out great but then the candle finished and I didn't want keep jar of wax in my room for no reason, since I had coins laying around I realise that the jar needed use for something else. So here's how I got it back to it original form after candle wax.

First of all you'd need to put the jar/cup/candle holder in the freezer over night before so it'd be easier for you get to the left over wax out.

Once jar has been in the freezer over night take it out and leave it on the side for 30 minutes so it can cool down.
Once the jar has been cooled down for over 30 minutes you can now start get the wax out, for this you'd need a knife (If you'd a minor please get an adult to do this part for you) so you can scrape and stab the centre of the left over wax and keep tapping it until you see it getting loose enough for it being removed.

Once wax is loose enough you can now tip the jar upside down and remove wax.
Once wax has been removed you may now wash the jar (as you'd normally wash your plates) to remove any axes wax that has been left in the jar.

Once the jar has been cleaned you can now use it.
I ended up using it for my coins since I always ended up leaving change every where, this will come in handy.

Hope you'd enjoy this DIY, if you've tried this out please let me know in the comments below or if you do any DIY and think I would like to try any out also leave a comment down below.

Thanks.

First Year- First Semester

First Semester was such a roller coster, the up and downs and of course the mount of times we've all gotten drunk (White girl waisted). The worst part of getting drunk in front of your friends is the story they tell about you getting off why some guy and falling over, it can get embarrassing.

Second Semester has arrived and being totally honest with you I'm not liking it at all, this place is so dead (I mean quiet). Everyone is either in their rooms doing nothing or hardly ever here, and theres been arguments already in this place, but hopefully everything with start picking up soon and we get to do more things other than always staying in, and go out as I don't think we've got the chance to do properly since last semester.

I know I'm a little late on uploading since second semester started a couple of weeks ago but I had such an amazing first semester and I wanted to share with you all a round up of the first semester in a small video and I hope you all watching it.

Review: Mallzee

Recently Mallzee got in touch with me and wanted me to try their app, I do love a good shopping app and shopping in general so I thought why not give it a try.

They describe Mallzee as ‘a personal shopper in your pocket’. The app has over 2 million products from the high-street favorites i.e. Topshop, Urban Outfitters & NastyGal. And shows you items that suit your style.

Mallzee is a new social shopping app that lets you make purchases from a wide range of stores. You can also get your friends opinions about something that you would like to buy, you can swipe right if you like the outfit and left for a dislike. I love this idea as its time saving and such an easy thing to do.

Pros:
• The App is easy to use
• Unique Idea/App
• Free to download
• Wide range of brands/shops to shop from.
• Gives you a brief tutorial at the beginning.
• Easy to browse through items.

Cons:
At the moment the app is only available to download for free on the App Store Here.
It will be available for download on Android and other platforms in the future.

I recommend you to download the app and give it ago, it does exactly what it says, and its FREE to download. If you do not have an iPhone/IPad you can always check their website out Link.

Let me know if you've downloaded this app, and what you think of it.
Thanks for reading.

Going Home

Had a lovelie phone call from dad this morning asking me if I was okay and offered to put money in my account for me to come home, think someone's missing me. I think much might of mentioned I was going to be alone this weekend that's why I think dads being nice, or he didn't want to come down to essex on Sunday... Who knows! Haha

I've had uni all day today so you can imagine how excited I was to finish so I can go home but my mood quickly changed when I got into paddington station and found out all trains have been delayed. But lucky I'm on the train now.

Since being in Essex I've been on so many trains/tube since going there it's crazy. This is what I'll being doing for the next 3 years of my life unless I buy a car and that's not happening!.

I had nothing planned for posting today so I thought I'd do this what was meant to be a small post now turned to a long one. Any who. Hope you all are happy it's finally the weekend.

Topshop Wish List

Topshop Wish List

As you may know if you read my blogpost yesterday (if you haven't link) you'd know I went into town for some much needed retail therapy, as I had a budget limit I couldn't buy everything I saw in Topshop, so I thought I'd show you a wish list of the items I want after browsing the shop and web too.

I'm a huge fan of treggins specially the Floral Jacquard Treggings in Topshop they look amazing on and off (yup I tried them on) so I'll be buying them when I have money, I also been into the whole chunky boots specially as its been on trend this couple of weeks, I've been wanting to get a pair myself and the those black and white ones look amazing, also on my list to get, I've been wanting a Tunic Dress for a while now and I saw this Black and White Colour Block tunic dress in Topshop it looks amazing on and off its simple just the way I like dresses to be so this is a must. I'll admit pretty much everything on the wish list I want to get.

Retail Therapy

I don't know about you but when I'm stressed out I like to go into town and go window shop or shopping for that matter, just to get my mind of things, and it actually works a lot for me, I'll tend to forget the issues thats happening around me. Which sometimes doesn't help my bank much since I'm always spending and as a student its even harder going shopping hahaha.
Midi Ring from TopShop

I ended up looking through clothes and jewellery in Topshop and since I only had a tenner with me my budget had a limit, I ended up falling in love with this gorgeous bird midi ring, a soon as I saw it I wanted it, there is was only 2 left luckily they had my size (huge smile).  I'm a huge fan of midi ring so of course I had to get this. But the bad thing now from the retail therapy is now I have a wish list of everything I want to get from Topshop, and every where else I went into (I'll do a wish list post for tomorrow).  I also went and bought myself some incense to make my room smell nice, I got 8 incense for only £1 which is good and cheap.

I realise I need a holiday for a week or two (to be honest a whole year if I could) some where I can just relax and not have to worry about anything thats going on, need my student loan to come through so I can pay for one properly go and see nan in Portugal where I know I can get away from it all.

We would you recommend is a good cheapish holiday to go?
