Our final day... Day 11

Saturday was our proper day in Madeira, we ended up seeing some of the Lemos side of the family in Porto Santo, after I got to see a cousin and aunty from my side of the family in Santana which I haven't seen since last Summer so it was nice to have a catch up, we got to see some nice views and places in Santana while we was there.

In the evening we went out for a nice meal just the two of us which was nice to have some 'us' time specially on our last day.

I had such a wonderful time in Madeira, it was nice to see everyone and also had the perfect first holiday with the boyfriend and one to remember for sure, sad it ended but I can't wait to be back and holiday for the New Years I could make it again.

Funchal & CR7 Museum... Day 10

On Friday (9th) we headed to Funchal as the boyfriend had an appointment and while we was in the capital we had the chance to look around and sightsee while we could.

We got to go to Cristiano Ronaldo's museum, I've been wanting to check it the entire time I was in Madeira, got to take picture with Ronaldo even though it wasn't the real thing, if anyone is in Madeira I recommend you check the museum out.

After some sightseeing we met up with Nelsons parents for a nice meal at a nice Restaurant called As Vides in Câmara do Lobos, it was nice to spend some time with his parents.

Into the Woods... Day 9

The whole 'Lemos' side of the family had planned on going to Pico Das Pedras in Santana to have a picnic kind of sep we made the food there, I'm a fan on nature so when I saw the place I love it and I thought it look like the perfect place to camp out and hike too. 

Everyone had planned to go Pico Das Pedras as everyone was still in Madeira so everyone could be together as a family, while the guys prepared food (pasta with pork and chicken, it was so goood.) everyone else was playing football, talking or playing on the playground. It was nice to spend time with everyone.

Lets sightsee... Day 8 part 2

It's the second part of day 8, Some more pictures from Caniçal, this is one of the places I wanted to visit the most on this holiday, when I first came to Madeira I went to Caniçal but I don't really remember and apparently I went a couple times after that but I don't remember and all I have is pictures but I just wanted to visit the place and I loved it even though it was cold and windy I still loved seeing everything.

After sightseeing, we popped in Machico and we just chilled my the beach, it was so peaceful and relaxing just watching the waves.

Lets go for a hike... Day 8 Part 1

I've decided to split day 8 into 2 parts because I have so many holiday snaps and I really couldn't choice which ones to pick from.

One of the places I wanted to go and see on this little holiday was Caniçal, its such a beautiful place to see, I have picture of this place when I went for the very first time in Madeira and I don't really remember going there again so it was one of the top places I wanted to see.

If you want to go on a hike then Caniçal is the place for you, we didn't go all the way until the very end mainly because it was cold and I wasn't wearing the proper food wear for a hiking.
