30 Day Snap #12 - Exercising



I finally started exercising, I started off with doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and doing some Abdominal crunch, Plank, Squat etc. for about 5 minutes each I take 5/10 minutes breaks between each. I'm feeling positive doing exercise each day, cant wait for the outcome of it all.
